This strategic merger addresses a growing market demand among traditional and alternative investment organizations for solutions that combine best-of-breed investment and research management data, analytics, and software into a single, modern cloud-based platform. Together, MackeyRMS and InsiderScore are uniquely positioned to deliver investment organizations with a platform solution that provides actionable investment insights, improves individual analyst productivity, tightens investment team collaboration, and increases operational and organizational efficiency and control over investment IP. Financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.

How will the companies operate together?
Our goal is to ensure that the combined organizational structure aligns with our overall strategy of integration and growth. As such, our plan will be to functionally integrate the combined business over time, where doing so makes the most sense for our customers. We will integrate the two organizations as quickly as is feasible to deliver the most value for clients without causing disruption to existing client use cases. Additionally, we plan to immediately integrate and scale back-office functions to support the combined company. Over time, we expect to integrate all functions including product, technology, services, and customer success.
